Slack Traxx Entertainment L.L.C. and Ayannashane Management were founded in 1999 by Ronald “Slack” Jefferson, these companies exude excellent and integrity. The companies were created to serve as a platform for aspiring artists. Their main focal point is geared toward bridging the gap between young talented individuals and the entertainment world. They believe in dreams and ambition. Their goal is to give individuals a voice and a vehicle to reach for the stars.
The company is based in Shreveport, Louisiana. Slack Traxx owns a studio that is equipped with state of the art equipment. The company sets itself aside from other production companies because of their drive and dedication to the craft. One other thing that allows them to play in a different arena is the fact that each of their artists are song writers and producers. Slack Traxx Ent and Ayannashane Management currently has three artists affiliated with their company: Jules, S.I.P.P. and Cheezy.
The CEO of the company, Ronald Jefferson, has over twenty years of experience. He began his career as a drummer for H-Town which afforded him the opportunity to work with several well known artists: Hurricane Chris, Lil Bossie, Flip, Big Hawk, Paul Wall, Lil Ke Ke, Big Moe, Zero, Scarface, Pap Reu, Youngsta, C Note (Botany Boyz) and H-Town.
In 2008, in an attempt to unify the city in the rap community, Slack Traxx organized and produced a compilation, HOOD REPRESENTAS.” It was comprised of artists that had their differences and would have not otherwise work with one another.
